Absolutely! I only ask that whoever you bring is respectful of our time and won't interfere with the shoot. Also, unless the other person was included when you booked your shoot, I cannot photograph them as well.
No, unless I specify in advance, I will be the only one taking photos. I may, however, bring an assistant to help set up gear, hold lighting, etc. If another person being there is a concern to you, please let me know in advance!
Absolutely! I always come prepared with with poses in mind and will work with you throughout our shoot to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
For cosplay shoots, I research your character prior to our session to ensure we get photos that match the vibe of the character/series.
Also, feel free to speak up and let me know if there are specific shots you want to get either during our session or before!
Please do your best to arrive on time, with your outfit or costume fully ready to be photographed. At conventions I am typically booked back-to-back, so I cannot extend your session if you arrive late. If we have a 30 minute time slot and you arrive 10 minutes late, then we will only have 20 minutes to shoot.
You are welcome to bring as many outfits as you'd like, but please note that outfit changes will cut into our shoot time. Some locations also may not have a place to change in, so I suggest discussing this with me beforehand so that we can pick a location that will make changing easy.
For 1 hour shoots I recommend no more than 2 outfits, and for extended shoots I recommend no more than 3 outfits. I strongly suggest only doing 1 outfit for mini sessions.
If you need to cancel your session, please notify me at least 1 week beforehand, and your retainer will be refunded. Cancelling after that will forfeit your retainer. If you need to reschedule, I will do my best to accommodate your request, but it is not guaranteed.
Special effects are not included in the price but can be purchased after the shoot for an additional cost. At this time, I am not offering any heavy composite work. Basic special effects will run from $15-$50 per photo, depending on how much editing work will be involved. If you have a specific idea in mind, please reach out to me prior to booking so that I can ensure I will be able to deliver what you're looking for.
For cosplay/fantasy photos, I will initially send you a preview set of watermarked RAW, unedited images for you to choose from. These images cannot be downloaded because they are my copyrighted unfinished work. Once you make your selections, I will return the fully edited images in a digital gallery for you to download.
For traditional shoots, I will edit and return every good photo we take. You can expect to get at least the minimum listed in the tier you chose, but I typically return more. You will receive the fully edited images in a digital gallery for you to download once completed.
